Meet Thabiso Patrick Baloyi, the Managing Director, a graduate from the University of Limpopo, Turfloop with LLB Degree which was obtained in 2006 and with Admission as Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in February 2010. Since his admission as an Attorney, his experience includes, practicing as an Attorney with the firms Iqbal Mahommed Attorneys, Dyason Incorporated Attorneys and Chuene Attorneys until joining Maponya inc, Johannesburg in January 2016 where he progressing to his appointment as Partner and later a Managing Director of their Mafikeng Office until April 2022 when he left the firm. His experience includes, but not limited to, the following:
Litigation:
Responsible for the litigation process in both Magistrate & High Court matters with the Road Accident Fund & Department of Health being some of the clients.
Providing legal advice on issues arising out of anticipated trials. Supervising, Training and delegating duties to junior staff such as secretary, filing clerk and candidate attorneys.
Commercial Law:
In his career as Attorney Thabiso also represented Nedbank and also advised on foreclosures which included the following:
Issuing of Section 129 notices; Drafting and issuing summons on arrear bonds; Preparation of Applications and sale in executions together with registering of properties sold in sale in execution.
